Corn and bell pepper salad

Ingredients

  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch ginger
  • 1 pinch curry
  • 150g corn

 

Preparation

  1. Drain corn.
  2. Slice green peppers into matchstick-size pieces and place in cooking pot.
  3. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, ginger and curry (show me).
  4. Cook for 10 min on medium high heat and add drained corn. (show me).
  5. Cook for another 4 min and serve.
